This event welcomes older people, disabled people (including sensory, mobility, learning disabilities, long term health conditions, and neurodivergent people), as well as carers, friends and family.

Time: Starts 10am – Walks sets off 11am prompt – Return 12:30pm – Finish 1pm – 1:30pm
Location: St George’s House, 2 Lilac St, Halifax HX3 5BT
Meeting Point: St George’s House (10am – 11am) for coffee and refreshments
Facilities & Useful Info: Parking – Plenty of parking available on-site.
Toilets: Accessible toilets are available at St George’s House but not in the park.
About the Event
Enjoy the fresh air, connect with nature, meet new people and re-charge your batteries!
The walk/wheel will be done together around the park and you will learn about the rich history of the area and the environment with Halifax Heritage Tours.
You can have a go at inclusive cycling. A range of inclusive and adapted bikes will be available to try free of charge, including a side-by-side cycle. Bring your own picnic or join them at St George’s for a light lunch.
