EdShift are looking for a compassionate and creative Community Outreach Practioner to join their team.
As part of their 2026 strategy, EdShift are increasing their frontline delivery capacity so that more children and young people affected by domestic abuse can access support earlier and more consistently. This new role will play an important part in helping them reduce waiting times and expand safe, trauma-informed support across Calderdale and beyond.
The role involves delivering arts-based, relational support to children and young people aged 4–21 who have experienced domestic abuse. From creative one-to-one sessions to supporting safe group spaces, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives every day.
EdShift believe healing happens through creativity, connection, safety and courage. They are looking for someone who shares those values and wants to be part of a growing organisation committed to ensuring every child feels seen and heard.
