Involvement Coordinator
Key purpose of post
This post is funded by the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) in Calderdale. The Involvement Coordinator will be part of a team that will work closely with the ICB’s involvement team in Calderdale to lead on and/or support a wide range of patient and public engagement and involvement projects.
The post holder will with a range of stakeholders across the Calderdale Cares Partnership and will need to engage with key audiences to ensure a strategic and joined up approach.

• Calderdale Involving People Strategy
• Calderdale Health & Wellbeing Strategy 2022-2027

Community Development Officer
Key purpose of post
The purpose of this post is to identify needs and deliver a range of development support to help VCSE organisations to develop, thrive and remain sustainable.
The postholder will be expected to work in a responsive and enabling way using remote, outreach and wider approaches to ensure support remains effective and accessible. The Community Development Officer will enable organisations to offer good quality services that are safe, responsive and which deliver good impact, outcomes and service user experience. They will also carry out in depth analysis of VCSE organisations across Calderdale relating information back into the wider team
VAC is funded through various streams and part of this post, will be linked to the Moving Forward Together project. The project is receiving up to £467,625 of funding from the European Social Fund as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. The Department for Work and Pensions (and in London the intermediate body greater London Authority) is the Managing Authority for the England European Social fund programme. Established by the European Union, the European Social Fund helps local areas stimulate the economic development by investing in projects which will support skills development, employment and job creation, social inclusion, and local community regeneration.
