The role of a West Yorkshire Rape Crisis Partnership Independent Sexual Violence Advisor is to provide independent, trauma-specialist advocacy, including practical and emotional support, to survivors of rape and sexual violence, ensuring their safety, explaining their options, coordinating access to specialist service, and supporting those who choose to engage with the Criminal Justice System, while liaising across agencies to uphold their right and wellbeing.
RASAC have ISVA opportunities available in Leeds, Bradford, and Huddersfield. All roles will include some time spent working from the Wakefield Hub. RASAC welcome applications from people of any gender and are equally open to candidates seeking part-time or flexible working arrangements.
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 weekly, 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday)
Location: This is a West Yorkshire-wide project
Starting Salary: £28,611
