Acas have several e-learning modules including some on equality and diversity, dealing with conflict, bullying and harassment as well as the employer ones such as discipline and grievance.
New e-learning available now: Acas Codes of Practice
Acas released a new e-learning course which explains the different Acas Codes of Practice on:
- Discipline and grievance
- Flexible working requests
- Disclosure of information to trade unions for collective bargaining purposes
- Time off for trade union duties and activities
- Settlement agreements
ACAS Codes are important for both employers and employees. They provide advice on good employment practice and can be reffered to by employment tribunals.
This e-learning shows you what each Code contains, the key points of each Code and when the Codes should be used and reffered to.
This e-learning is free to use, and they encourage you to share details of the e-learning with collegues.
