In-person & online sessions for local people to share insight and ideas for better bereavement care for people who have experienced suicide loss in Calderdale.
Weds 4th and Tues 10th February: See full event details here.
Have you known someone who has died by suicide?
Or perhaps you know someone who has been bereaved by suicide?
Your insight could help others and shape proposals seeking to improve support for people affected by suicide.
This is a unique opportunity to inform future plans for suicide bereavement care.
The Calderdale Suicide Prevention Network is hosting two sessions inviting you to share some your views:
In-person:
Wednesday 4th February,
1.30pm – 3pm.
At: Orange Box Young People’s Centre, 1 Blackledge, Halifax, HX1 1AF.
Online:
Tuesday 10th February,
5.30pm – 7pm.
Online via Zoom video call.
Please book onto either of the above sessions here.
The sessions will be sensitive, compassionate and supportive spaces for you to share your experience of suicide bereavement and input into future plans.
These sessions are organised through the Calderdale Suicide Prevention Network: A people’s voice for the prevention of suicide, hosted by local charity Healthy Minds and funded by Calderdale Council.
