You’re invited to the Kirklees Health and Care Partnership online public event being held on Thursday 11th December at 10am-12pm.
Kirklees Health and Care Partnership (KHCP) was established in July 2022 and brings together the local NHS, other health and care providers, Kirklees Council, Healthwatch, and community and voluntary sector organisations, to arrange and deliver services for the people who live in Kirklees. Our focus is on preventing ill health, improving health and healthcare, reducing health inequalities, making the best of their collective resources, and putting communities at the heart of all they do.
They are holding an online public event to give you the opportunity to hear about the wide range of projects they’ve been working on, this will include:
- University of Huddersfield talking about the Civic University Agreement
- Sport England Place Expansion Programme will introduce Move More Kirklees
- South West Yorkshire Partnership Teaching NHS Foundation Trust will talk about becoming a Teaching Trust
- Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust will give updates on their Foundations for our Future programme.
The event will be held on Microsoft Teams and joining instructions will be sent nearer the time.
