Putting People at the Heart of Integrated Neighbourhood Health

Integrated Neighbourhood Health is a way of making care more local, joined‑up and easier to use for people and communities.

It will be key to delivering the Government’s 10 Year Health Plan for England: Fit for the Future and sees NHS organisations, councils and the VCSE sector coming together as one team around neighbourhoods, focused on what matters to local people.

Their first webinar will go to the core of this way of working, exploring what it means to embed people’s voices into Integrated Neighbourhood Health.

Paul Hemingway (Deputy Director of Communications and Involvement, NHS West Yorkshire ICB) and

Hannah Davies (Healthwatch Member, NHS West Yorkshire ICB)

This is your chance to:

  • understand why placing people and community voices at the core of INH service delivery is so vital
  • learn from some fantastic practice that exists in West Yorkshire
  • find out more about what support will be available to Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to embed this way of working and ensure people’s voices are at the heart of everything we do
  • bring your own thoughts and questions on this topic to other leaders in the team

A quarterly newsletter to keep our members up to date on not only VAC Membership updates and opportunities but also specifically created content on topics of interest to the local voluntary, community and social enterprise sector.
