DWP Scam Alert – Winter Fuel Payments

DWP have released information around a common scam, asking people to apply for their Winter Fuel Payment. The link takes people to a website that uses the same layout as the official government website.

If you are eligible for this scheme, you will receive a letter in October or November letting you know how much you will get.

Most people receive the funds automatically if they are eligible.
