What is the Emerging Leaders Peer to Peer Exchange and how does it work?
Cranfield Trust are offering emerging leaders the exclusive opportunity to sign up to one of their free Peer to Peer Exchange Groups.
This Peer to Peer Exchange is specifically for emerging leaders, which could be people currently working in deputy roles, heads of departments, or people looking to move into a more senior leadership role to CEO position.
Peer to Peer offers a safe space to:
- Connect with other emerging leaders working in small charities
- Share experiences and explore common challenges in confidence
- Develop leadership capacity, strengthen resilience and enhance effectiveness
The groups are small, with between 4 and 8 people in each one. This group will be with emerging leaders from across the sector which provides the opportunity to hear different perspectives and a wide range of solutions to issues.
Timing
This Peer to Peer Exchange group will start in September and run through to December 2025. Each session is 90 minutes long and there will be six sessions that will run at fortnightly intervals. Exact dates will be confirmed if you are successful in being allocated to the group.
You will need to be able to attend at least five of the six sessions in order to take part and make it useful for you and all participants.
