Employment Rights Service
The aim of the project is to strengthen the voluntary and community sector in West Yorkshire by providing high quality, professional HR services for groups who do not have in-house HR specialists.

Mediation service: A new service throughout West Yorkshire to resolve issues through a face to face meeting with both parties before grievance or disciplinary proceedings are instigated, with the aim to reduce the number of formal employment disputes in the sector.
