We have a dedicated Safeguarding Support Worker - Tracey Mcwhire - who is available on 01422 438729/07875 015390.

Please ring to arrange an appoinment for your check at the Resource Centre, Hall Street, at a mutually convenient time.

Wednesdays - Sowerby Bridge - 10.30am - 12pm (Sowerby Bridge library)

The charges for non-profit making groups for this service are as follows:

Volunteers - Enhanced Disclosure: no charge
Paid Staff - Enhanced Disclosure: £36.00

(these are fees levied by CRB)

Private (profit-making) companies, will be charged an additional administration fee,in addition to the CRB charges shown above:

Attendance for a CRB check at the Resource Centre = £10.00 per person

Attendance at your premises = £15.00 per person.

Cheques should be made payable to 'Voluntary Action Calderdale'

 

The CRB advises that an Enhanced Disclosure will take approximately 4 weeks.
